Matariki information and events

Matariki, the Maori new year celebrations begin this week, and there's a few events hosted/coordinated by the DCC. I haven't seen any other advertising for it, but it looks like it could be fun - there's a kite-making workshop, special stuff at the museum and the observatory and a bunch of other events.
